SCTD Interior Design students Jasmine Moore, Bill Ho, Tricia Hourigan, Emily Sautter, Aubrey Shoemaker and Christopher O’Toole created a striking version of Olaf, the snowman from the popular Disney movie “Frozen,” using only canned and dry foods for the Louisville

CANstruction contest, held last month at Mall St. Matthews.

CANstruction is a national contest in which participating teams build impressive sculptures using only nonperishable food that is later donated to local food pantries. The food used for the Louisville sculptures was donated to Dare to

Care. What a wonderful treat for mall shoppers to see this array of whimsical sculpture for such a good cause!
