AMT460 Project Management II – Senior Capstone

This course moves you from the theory of project management studied in Project Management I to application of theory to real world projects. You may experience an externship with a manufacturing company or work with projects assigned to the college by companies. You will implement processes involved in planning, scheduling, maintaining records, pricing, controlling costs, managing risks, managing contracts and managing quality of a real world project.
