MET247 Programmable Logic Controllers I

This course is designed to introduce you to the basic operation principles of Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs). An industrial level PLC will be utilized throughout the course to teach the basic principles and programming of the PLC. The course will utilize lectures and hands-on laboratory exercises that apply the PLC hardware and programming software to achieve the course objectives.

Prerequisites: ELC163 and ELC226
